A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZWL$50.00, at ZIMRA Kurima House, 5^th Floor, Finance Section.

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract contained in the bidding documents comply with the Zimbabwe Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23] standard bidding document for the procurement of goods.

Bids shall remain valid for a bid period for 90 days for local and 120 days for international tenders.

Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number, description and closing date. Bids must be delivered and deposited in a tender box situated at ZB Centre , 6^th Floor  Reception, Corner Kwame Nkrumah Ave/ First Street , Harare, addressed to;
