Call for Tender No .: PROSARC -ACN-026/2019
The Execution Term of works is: 540 calendar days
The reference price is: Bs. 31,135,893.68
The Plurinational State of Bolivia has received financing from the Agence
Française de Développement (the "AFD") to finance the cost of
the Rio Rocha Sanitation Program and intends to use part of the funds of
this loan to make the eligible payments stipulated in the Contract for
the Construction of Sanitary Networks Sipe Sipe - Construction of Main
Emissary and EBAR for Tiquipaya.
The Ministry of Environment and Water through the UCP-PAAP invites
eligible Bidders to submit sealed Offers to carry out the following
works:
• The construction of 18km of collectors with diameters between 150 and
400mm in the Municipality of Sipe Sipe. It includes the use of trenchless
technique.
• The construction of 4km of interceptors with diameters between 150 and
700mm in the Municipality of Tiquipaya. It includes a sector where
excavations will have to go to depths greater than 6m.
• The construction activities of the collectors and interceptors include
the realization of household connections. These works will allow
collecting and transporting wastewater to two treatment plants that are
also in the bidding process.
Eligible Bidders who are interested may request in writing a complete set
of the Bidding Documents at the offices of the UCP-PAAP Av. September 14
corner of Calle 8 de Obrajes, Ministry of Environment and Water Building,
Floor 6, South Zone, telephone 2148233 internal 207 La Paz - Bolivia;

The provisions of the Instructions to Bidders and the General Conditions
of Contract are the provisions of the Documents Acquisition Standard of
the AFD for the Acquisition of Works.
The Offers must be delivered to the office indicated above no later than
4:00 pm on September 26, 2019 and must be accompanied by a guarantee in
the amount of Bs 311,359.00
The Offers will be opened in the presence of the representatives of
Bidders who wish to attend, on September 26, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. at the
UCP-PAAP offices at the address indicated above.
The qualification criteria are stipulated in the tender document.
