Greetings!
This refers to our project PURCHASE OF T-SHIRTS WITH PRINTING FOR SUB-CONGRESSIONAL MEET, ALICIA, BOHOL with an ABC of Php99,900.00. The BAC will be undertaken alternative method of procurement/negotiated through REQUEST FOR QUOTATION since the Approved Budget of Contract for the project does not exceed to Php100, 000.00.
In connection thereto, we the BAC sending and requesting your end to quote your price in the attached form (REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OF SUPPLIES/MATERIALS) as you are one of our prospective supplier for the said project and please return the quoted form in signed and sealed envelope and submit it to the office of the Municipal Engineer, LGU-Alicia, Bohol on or before August 19, 2019 before 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
