The shantytown renovation project of No. 29 Xinbei Road (hereinafter
referred to as the project), the source of funds is self-raised by the
enterprise, and the bidding conditions are already in place. The local
public bidding for the site investigation and risk assessment of the
project is carried out according to law, and the service unit is
selected. Potential bidders who have the ability to undertake the project
and have good credit standing are welcome to come to the bid.

5. Bidding content: The
content of the tender is the entire content of the site investigation and
risk assessment project of No. 29 Xinbei Road. Including but not
limited to the investigation of the social, economic and natural
environment of the project area; conducting on-site site survey and
investigation; according to the specific conditions of the site,
formulating on-site investigation and sampling plan, testing soil,
groundwater and other samples; analyzing the site according to the test
results There are no possible sources of pollution, a list of site
pollutants, and the level and distribution characteristics of pollutants
in and around the area. Compare the site utilization target value,
evaluate the site environment status, determine whether site risk
assessment is needed, and
conduct risk assessment prediction. It mainly includes site
investigation, hazard identification, exposure assessment, toxicity
assessment, risk characterization, and calculation of soil groundwater
risk control for risk assessment, preparation of site risk investigation
and evaluation report, organization and review by experts, and filing
with relevant government authorities.
The results of the consultation shall comply with the requirements of the
laws, regulations and norms of the relevant local government departments;
and meet the requirements of the relevant government departments for the
review of results.
Site environmental survey and risk assessment report, test report
containing CMA qualification certified by the State Bureau of Quality
Supervision and other relevant annexes.
6. Qualification requirements:
Have a valid business license, and have not defrauded the winning bid and
serious breach of contract in the past five years (requires the unit to
issue a letter of proof), and no major environmental punishments can be
issued in the past three years (requires the unit to issue a
certificate).
7. Performance requirements:
In the past five years, there have been field investigations and risk
assessments.

photocopy with official seal);
2) Copy of the company's valid business license (original and photocopy)
