The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to ScriptPro USA, Inc. This contract will be to provide full service repair, upgrades and preventative maintenance on Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systems, at the Charles George VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Asheville, NC. This order requires the Service Technician to have original equipment manufacturers (OEM) training on the specific models located at the Charles George VAMC and must have full and unfettered access to all OEM service publications, diagnostic services. ScriptPro USA, Inc. has been identified as the only authorized dealer who can supply this service.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. Interested contractors may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice, and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine them as a comparable alternative to the intended source. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

This acquisition will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 13.106-1 (b). Expressions of interest should be sent via email to Ashley Korahaes at Ashley.Korahaes@va.gov.
