INVITATION TO SUBMIT SEALED QUOTATION

The TARLAC AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all suppliers and dealers to submit sealed quotation for the Contract Reference # 2019-036 GOODS “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MONOBLOCK CHAIRS”

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): P581,400.00

Prospective bidders are required to submit the following:

* Creation of bank account at Landbank

* Philgeps Registration

* Mayor’s Permit

* Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) business name registration / SEC

* Taxpayer’s Identification Number/Tax Clearance

* Payment of Registration fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00)

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
