Description
|
This 3-day activity shall be conducted by the Office of the Planning, Research and Knowledge Management (OPKRM) in closed coordination with the Officials of CHED Regional Office 10.
In the conduct of the said activity, the following will be needed:
1. Food and Venue
*venue must be well lighted, good quality sound system and wide provision for parking lot
2. Accommodation
* 25 twin sharing rooms
* 6 single bed rooms

Deadline of Submission is until August 19, 2019 at 4:00 PM along with the following eligibility requirements:
1. Registration Certificate from SEC, DTI for Sole Proprietorship, or CDA for Cooperatives
2. Updated Mayor’s/Business Permit
3. Tax Clearance per E.O. 398, s. 2005, as finally reviewed and approved by the BIR
4. Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration
