The Local Government Unit of Barangay Calingayan, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible contractors/Firm to apply for eligibility and if found eligible to bid.

In consideration of the amount of the project involved and for the BAC to establish financial stability, the prospective bidders should have an experience of having undertaken a similar project at least a period of five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-Qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by the interested bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 500.00) at the Municipal Treasurer's Office, Barangay Calingayan, Municipality of Dumalinao.

The Barangay Calingayan, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A.9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations-A (IRR-A).

Bid Documents and additional information may be obtained from the BAC Secretariat, Barangay Office, Calingayan, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur.

The Barangay Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to accept or reject any of all bids, to waive minor informality in the bids received, declare a failure of the bidding for any justified and reasonable ground, and to award the contract to the bidder whose bid, as evaluated by the BAC, is most advantageous to the municipality.
