Tender Information

A non-refundable tender documentation fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Pula (250.00) or One Hundred and Twenty Five Pula (P125.00) for companies wholly owned by the Youth payable in cash at the Botswana Power Corporation Headquarters, Macheng Way, Gaborone or by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Proof of payment is required upon collection of the tender documents or request to be send tender documents via email. 

Tender Eligibility

• This tender restricted to citizen owned companies only.
• In order to participate in this tender bidders should be registered with PPADB code 203-01 Electronic Equipment, Spares and Accessories (includes ICT, photographic equipment and others) or code 204 – 01 Electrical Equipment, Machines, Spares and Accessories. Code 133- 03 Electricity Distribution and related services.

Site Visit

There is compulsory site visit on the 16th August 2019 at 08:30 at the Mogoditshane 132/11kV substation, starting at BPC Moruleng Building in Gaborone.  PPE (standard safety boots, reflective vest and hard hat) is required.
