Description

The Bids and Awards Committee of the Environmental Management Bureau-IX now invites eligible bidders to submit their quotations for the LAN MONITORING SYSTEM with Server Resource MOnitoring System (license for 100 devices) and Server Room Network Security
All quotations must be typed or written and duly signed by the authorized representative of the bidder or proprietor himself/herself on the attached downloadable official" Request for Quotation form" and shall be submitted to the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat Procurement unit of EMB-9 located at Lantawan, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City on or before August 20, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
Suppliers must comply all the specifications provided in the RFQ form, failure to do so shall be valid ground for the disqualification of the same.
Quotations received shall be considered inclusive of applicable government taxes and shall be valid for a period of 30 calendar days from set deadline above.

Bidders are also required to submit their quotations with the following legal documents, to wit:
1. Registration certificate from SEC, DTI or CDA.
2. Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration
3. Valid Mayor’s Permit
4. Valid Tax Clearance per Executive Order 398, Series of 2005, as finally reviewed and approved by the BIR.

The Notice of Award Shall be issued to the supplier/bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsible Bid, who adequately suffice all stipulated requirements and deemed complaint by the procuring Entity.
The Environmental Management Bureau Region IX reserves the right to accept or reject any and/ or all quotations at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/ suppliers.
