INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION TO TENDER
1.0. The Ekiti Knowledge Zone (EKZ) an Agency of Ekiti State Government on Knowledge Economy wants to commence develop its 955.564 hectares Smart innovation City, driven by Knowledge and Skills, Located at Ago Araromi, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State under an AFDB support Initiative.
2.0. Consequently, the Ekiti Knowledge Zone hereby invites Bids from consultants contractors for pre-qualification to Tender for provision of infrastructure and services under the following LOTs

3.0. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
i. Certificate of Incorporation with CAC including forms CAC 02 and CAC 07
ii. Evidence of registration of Business Enterprise not a Limited Liability
Company.
iii. VAT Registration Certificate
iv. Certificate of registration of business premises with Ekiti State Ministry
of Investment Trade and Industry and any other MDA as appropriate
v. Audited account for the last 3 years
vi. Company’s Income Tax Clearance certificate for the last 3 years
vii. Tax Clearance of Directors for the last 3 years paid to Government of
Ekiti State
viii. Development Levy for the last 3 years paid to Government of Ekiti State
ix. Evidence of Financial capability with sufficient working capital by way
Bank’s confirmation to attract Payment Guarantee/Bid Bond/Credit facility
x. Verifiable documentary evidence of similar projects executed in the last
years
xi. Company’s profile with resume of Key Technical Personnel
xii. List of Plants and equipments with their current Location and or evidence
of Legal Agreement of partnership with another company as may be appropriate in
the Lot tendered for:
4.0. SUBMISSION OF BID/CLOSING DATE/OPENING OF BID
Completed Tender should be submitted at the Governor’s office, Old Bareke, GRA,
Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State not later than 12:00 noon, on Friday 16th August 2019.
Tenders will be opened by 10am on Monday 19th August 2019, at the Old Exco
Chamber, Governor’s Office. LOT and Specification tendered should be written on
the envelope.
