The Catbalogan Water District (CWD), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to participate and to bid for the hereunder procurement of goods:

Delivery : 7-days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO)

for the Contract : Php 105,000.00

Participant is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, organizations or corporation.

G-EPS Registration (PhilGEPS) certificate shall be attached upon submission of the original quotation slip. All entries must be typewritten, and all erasures must be initialed to avoid disqualification.

All bids/quotation of the Bidders & Suppliers should be submitted or mailed in a sealed envelope duly marked (including the reference number of the Project for proper identification) and will be opened only on the scheduled date of opening. Faxed, e-mailed & opened bids/quotations will no longer be considered for evaluation. Bids received above the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall automatically be rejected for consideration in the bidding.

Prospective Bidders shall take note of the following specifications/descriptions, to wit:

Supply, Delivery, Installation & Testing of 1-unit Air conditioner (Cabinet Type, Kolin, 3 tons, 4hp)

Product offered that do not comply with the required specifications shall be automatically rejected for further evaluation and consideration in the bidding.

The CWD reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotation, waives any minor defects and accepts the offer most advantageous to the District, and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of bid.
