عن رغبته في إنزال المناقصة رقم (2) لسنة 2019م والخاصة بترميم المرافق الصحية المدرسية لعدد (25) مدرسة في مديرية بيحان محافظة شبوة تم اختيارها بناءً على أولويات مكتب التربية والتعليم في محافظة شبوة بدعم وتمويل من منظمة اليونيسف (منحة الوكالة الامريكية)وبأشراف وزارة التربية والتعليم.

• وسيتم عقد اجتماع مع المقاولين الذين اشتروا وثائق المناقصة للإجابة عن اسئلتهم واستفساراتهم في الجوانب الفنية والقانونية التي تخص العطاءات وذلك يوم الإثنين 2019/08/26م الساعة العاشرة والنصف صباحاً في مكتب التربية والتعليم.

• تقدم العروض بالدولار الأمريكي، هذا وسيتم دفع المستخلصات بالريال اليمني بسعر الصرف الخاص بنظام اليونيسف في مواعيد الصرف.

• سيقوم كل مقاول بتقديم العرض الفني والعرض المالي ويتم وضع كل منهما في مظروف مكتوب عليه في مكان ظاهر (العرض الفني والأخر مكتوب عليه العرض المالي).

• يجب أن يكون مظروف العطاء مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر ومكتوب عليه اسم صاحب العمل والمشروع ورقم المناقصة واسم مقدم العطاء.

• يجب الاطلاع على الوثائق النمطية وتعبئتها مع جداول التأهيل المرفقة وتقديمها ضمن وثائق العطاء للمناقصة.

• العرض الفني سيحتوي على وثائق وصور لثلاثة مشاريع مشابهة ثم تنفيذها خلال الست سنوات الاخيرة اضافة للجدول الزمني المقترح للتنفيذ وخطة العمالة والمعدات.

• سيتم فتح مظاريف العروض المالية بحضور المقاولين وتدوينها في محضر الفتح، سيتم فحص العطاءات للتحقق من استجابتها للوثائق المطلوبة لتحديد العطاءات المستوفية للوثائق الأساسية والغير مستوفية وذلك من خلال التأكد من الآتي:

1. تقديم ضمان بنكي بالمبلغ المقطوع المحدد بالجدول أعلاه صادر من أحد البنوك المعتمدة لدى البنك المركزي وساري المفعول لمدة 120يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.

2. ويجب أن يرفق مع العرض صوراً للوثائق التالية سارية المفعول وإحضار الاصل للمطابقة: (البطاقة الضريبية – السجل التجاري – البطاقة التأمينية – رخصة مزاولة المهنة – البطاقة الزكوية – ضريبة المبيعات).
