INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS TO TENDER FOR 2017 & 2018 FGN-UBEC/SUBEB INTERVENTION PROJECT

The State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) Bauchi hereby invites interested and experienced contractors to express their interest in the pre-qualification to bid for the following project. 

1. 2016 FGN-UBEC/SUBEB INTERVENTION PROJECTS

2. Construction of Block of 2/3 Classrooms with office and store

3. Construction of 4 pits of VIP toilets

4. Renovation of blocks of 2/3 classroom with office and store

5. Procurement of ECCDE Pupils seater furniture

6. Procurement of Primary pupils plastic chairs with tables

7. Procurement of Junior Secondary School Plastic chairs and tables

8. Procurement of sets of Teachers Plastic chairs and tables

• PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

All prospective interested companies shall be required to submit the following pre-qualification documents;

1. Contractor’s Resume/Profile

2. Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

3. Up-to-date Tax Clearance 

4. Registration as a Contractor with the Bauchi State Government

5. Financial Capability

6. Veritable evidence of similar assignment handled in the last three (3) years

7. Relevant equipment

8. Relevant Personal

9. Non-Refundable fee of N20,000.00 only

• SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS 

All pre-qualification and documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “YEAR 2017 & 2018 FGN-UBEC/SUBEB INTERVENTION PROJECTS” and addressed to:

All applications to be submitted not later than two (2) weeks from the date of this publication.

NOTE: Please note that only successful contractors on the pre-qualification would be considered to bid for the relevant proposed projects.
