Baclayan, New Lucena , Iloilo. 1. The Municipality of New Lucena through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 2,000,000.00 being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Farm to Market Road, Sitio Iraya Brgy. Baclayan, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of New Lucena now invites bids for Furnishing of Labor, materials and Equipment Rentals Concreting of Farm to Market Road, Sitio Iraya Brgy. Baclayan, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bidders should have completed, within 105 CALENDAR Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained the bidding documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the” Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
