آگهي مناقصه شماره 21982674
شركت ملي صنايع مس ايران در نظر دارد "مديريت و انجام امور خدمات اداري و فني در حوزه مجتمع مس شهربابك" را با مشخصات و شرايط كلي زير از طريق مناقصه عمومي به شركتها / موسسات واجد صلاحيت واگذار نمايد .
الف- شرح كار عبارتست از :
مديريت و انجام امور خدمات اداري و فني در حوزه مجتمع مس شهربابك
ب ـ مدت اجرا :
مدت اجراي كار سه سال شمسي ( شامل سه دوره يكساله) مي باشد .
ج - محل انجام كار :
ü دفاتر اداري شركت ملي صنايع مس ايران واقع در شهرستان شهربابك در استان كرمان .
ü معدن مس ميدوك واقع در 40 كيلومتري شهرستان شهربابك در استان كرمان .
ü كارخانه ذوب مس خاتون آباد واقع در 22 كيلومتري شهرستان شهربابك در استان كرمان .
د- پيش پرداخت :
بصورت حق مديريتي ميباشد .
وـ شرايط متقاضـي :
1- داشتن شخصيت حقوقي .
2- مطابقت اساسنامه شركت با موضوع مناقصه.
3- داشتن سوابق و تجربيات حداقل 3 كار مشابه در 5 سال گذشته (مشابه از نظر حجم ، شرايط و غيره ) .
4- ارائه گواهي تاييد صلاحيت ايمني, از وزارت تعاون,كار و رفاه اجتماعي.(مهم)
5 – دارا بودن ماشين آلات و تجهيزات لازم جهت اجراي كار و ارائه اسناد مالكيت.
6 – دارا بودن توانايي ارائه ضمانتنامه بانكي مورد نظر كافرما براي شركت در مناقصه معادل 600.000.000 ريال (ششصد ميليون ريال) .
متقاضياني كه داراي شرايط مذكور در بند "و" فوق بوده و آمادگي اجراي كار را دارند ، مي توانند حداكثر ظرف مدت 7 روز كاري (پنجشنبه و تعطيلات رسمي روزكاري نميباشد) پس از تاريخ درج آگهي مندرج در جرايد ، آمادگي خود را براي شركت در مناقصه با دورنگار22 و34303402(034) و همزمان اصل نامه اعلام آمادگي به همراه مدارك و مستندات ( بصورت فايل الكترنيكي CD در دو نسخه) بشرح ذيل به آدرس رفسنجان - شهر مس سرچشمه – امور قراردادها(ساختمان شهيد علي ايرانمنش) ارسال نمايند.
- ارائه تصوير اساسنامه و آگهي روزنامه آخرين تغييرات شركت درخصوص اعضاي هيئت مديره ، مدير عامل و نيز صاحبان امضاي مجاز .
- ارائه تصوير قراردادهاي مشابه و رضايت نامه از كارفرمايان قبلي ( موضوع بند 3 ) .
- ارائه مدركي كه نشانگر حسن سابقه در كارهاي قبلي باشد .
- ارائه هرگونه مدركي دال برتوانائي متقاضي جهت اجراي كار .
- ارائه تصوير HSE PLAN به همراه گزارش دو ساله حوادث حين كار پرسنل و ماشين آلات در قراردادهاي منعقده .
- ارائه تصوير گواهي تاييد صلاحيت ايمني, از وزارت تعاون,كار و رفاه اجتماعي.
- ارائه فايل word شامل اطلاعات ذيل:
نام شرکت بصورت کامل-آدرس دفتر اصلي شرکت و تلفن- شماره ثبت - کد اقتصادي - شناسه ملي- افراد هيات مديره با ذکرتجارب کاري قبلي و نيزمدرک تحصيلي- موضوع اساسنامه (دقيقاً وتطبيقاً)- نام پرسنل موجود در چارت تاييد شده با ذکر مدرک تحصيلي و سوابق کاري- ليست پروژه هاي انجام شده و يا درحال انجام توسط آن شرکت در شرکت ملي صنايع مس ايران و در سطح کشور به تفکيک با ذکرکامل مشخصات کارفرما، زمان شروع و خاتمه قرارداد.
تذكر1 : ارائه مدارك فوق الذكر هيچ گونه حقي را جهت متقاضيان براي شركت در مناقصه ايجاد نخواهد كرد و مدارك مناقصه به تشخيص كارفرما بين متقاضيان واجد شرايط توزيع مي گردد.

National Copper Industries Company of Iran intends to delegate to "qualified companies / institutions" the management and carrying out of administrative and technical services in the field of Shahr Babak Copper Complex, with the following general specifications and conditions.
A. The job description is:
Managing and performing administrative and technical services in Shahr Babak Copper Complex
B Duration:
The work period is three years (including three one-year periods).
C. Place of work :
The offices of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company located in Shahrabak, Kerman province .
The Midok Copper Mine located 40 km from Shahrabak city in Kerman province .
The Khatun Abad Copper Smelting Plant, located 22 kilometers from Shahrabak, Kerman Province.
(D) Pre-payment :
