The County of Huron Public Works Department is looking to carry out ground penetration radar (GPR) testing on their entire road network (~780km).  This contract includes labour, materials, equipment and analysis/reporting and all related works necessary to carry out ground penetration radar (GPR) testing to collect data on roadway pavement thickness (asphalt and granular base and subbase layers).The details of which are outlined in the quotation document.

SEALED BIDS, on forms supplied via Biddingo, will be received at the Treasury Office of the County of Huron until:

2:00:00 p.m., local time Monday August 19, 2019

A digital copy of the Bid Documents may be obtained from Biddingo, Bid # 2019-1002. No electronic bid submissions will be accepted.

In addition to other provisions in the Bid Documents, the lowest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted.
