Short description 2019/13790 - Assistance in operating and managing Microsoft solutions Detailed description The National Archives will enter into a framework agreement to establish a supplier, which regularly assists and safeguards the management of the central Microsoft solutions that the National Archives uses at all times. In addition, it is desirable to include external assistance when needed related to the Windows based systems and solutions the archive uses. Therefore, the competition applies to both the conclusion of a framework agreement and the concurrent conclusion of a maintenance agreement (under the framework agreement) for a period of up to four years.
