INVITATION TO TENDER

 

TENDER FOR SERVICING & MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITION UNITS

 

The Government of Seychelles is inviting licensed and registered Refrigeration Technician and Companies to tender for the provision of Servicing and Maintenance of Air Condition Units on Praslin & La Digue for the premises of:

 

§  Seychelles Land Transport Agency

§  National Sports Council

 

Conditions

§  Bidders must be locally registered and Licensed Service Providers in Maintenance & Servicing of Air-condition units

§  Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one (1) Lot only

§  All pricing should be in Seychelles Rupees (SR)

§  Contract Duration – Two (2) Years

 

The tender documents can be obtained on Mahe at the Accounts Section, Seychelles Land Transport Agency (SLTA), Huteau Lane, Victoria and on Praslin at the National Sports Council on Eve Island (Swimming Pool), as from 9.00a.m to 2.00p.m on Wednesday 7th August, 2019 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150. The closing date for the collection of tender’s dossier shall be Wednesday 14th August, 2019 at 2.00pm.

 

Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.

Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

 

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITION UNITS’’ AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT:

THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND

 THE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, BAIE STE ANNE FOR PRASLIN & LA DIGUE, ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY 30TH AUGUST, 2019 AT 11:00 AM.

 

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00 AM. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED. BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

 

Bidders are invited to attend a COMPULSORY pre-bid meeting to be held on:

 

Praslin at the District Administration Office, Baie Ste Anne on Friday 16th August, 2019 at 9:00 am
