BIDS AND AWARD COMMITTEE

INVITATION TO BID

The Barangay of Agbobolo, Ajuy, Iloilo invites Accredited Supplier to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Construction of Concrete Tire Path with an Approved Budget Cost of Seventy Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 78,550.00).

Bidding documents will be available for issuance to registered or eligible bidders on August 15, 2019 – September 11, 2019 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00).

Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on August 23, 2019 at exactly ten o’clock in the morning (10:00 a.m.) at Agbobolo Brgy. Hall, Ajuy, Iloilo.

Interested bidders shall submit their duly accomplished Application for Eligibility Statement/Document and Bid/Tender Documents to the Chairman, Bids and Award Committee, LGU Ajuy, Ajuy, Iloilo not later than ten o’clock in the morning (10:00 a.m.) on September 11, 2019, opening of bids will follow immediately.

All particulars relative to the Eligibility, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Pre-Bid Conference, Bid Evaluation, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A 9184.

The Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect therein, and accept the offer most advantageous to the Government.

The Barangay LGU Agbobolo assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
