Bid Evaluation – August 23, 2019 4. Post Qualification – August 27, 2019 Bid documents shall be available at the BAC Office, Municipal Hall, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte upon payment of prescribed non-refundable fee.
The Municipality of San Nicolas reserves the right to reject any of all bids, to waive any defects or formality therein and to accept bids considered responsive and most advantageous to the government.
