INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government Unit of Barbaza, Antique, now invites interested contractors with a minimum experience of 5 years in implementing similar/related sub-projects to bid for the hereunder subproject:

Name of Project : INSTALLATION OF CCTV IN MUNICIPAL TOWN HALL AND TOWN PLAZA
Location : Brgy. Poblacion, Barbaza, Antique
Approved Budget for the Contract : P 350,000.00

Prospective bidders should have been experience in undertaking a similar project within the last five (5) years with a amount of at least 50% of the proposed for bidding. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.

1.Receipt and Opening of Bids / Bid Evaluation August 27, 2019 @ 2:00 PM

A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of nonrefundable fee in the amount of One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,000.00). Only bidders who have purchased bid documents shall be eligible to attend and participate in the bidding process.

The bidding will be on the lump sum basis. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bid Securing Declaration or Cash or Manager’s Check or Cashier’s Check (2% of the ABC). Bids in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The Local Government Unit of Barbaza, Antique reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
