Description
|
It requires adequate knowledge and skills to interpret the wonders of nature to be able to impart to tourists what ecotourism can offer. This module gives insight towards being a technical guide for specific nature-based activities such as such as trekking, spelunking, birdwatching, etc. It is also vital to be reminded that as much as ecotourism’s beauty and wonder, this type of tourism is very delicate and fragile if not properly sustained.
Objectives :
• To provide the trainees with skills in improving their interpretative skills in nature guiding
• To introduce trainees to various nature-based activities for them to develop a holistic knowledge on nature and bird guiding
