The LGU-Barangay San Andres, Sto. Domingo Albay through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturer/distributors and contractors for quotation the here under goods.

ITEM A. 39 sets of 50 watt Led Lights

DELIVERY PERIOD: within 10 days after receipt of PO

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

Prospected bidders may secure bid proposal for the bids and Awards Committee/Barangay Treasurer of San Andres, Sto. Domingo, Albay upon payment of a non-refundable fee for tender documents.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bidders bond in the form of cash, certified check, and managers’ check in the amount of equivalent to 1% of the BID or surety bond issue by the GSIS in an amount equivalent to 5% of the bid.

All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, Bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference(s), evaluation of bid, post-qualification and award of contract shall governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Barangay San Andres reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to notice of award without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders the ground for the Bids and Awards Committee of Barangay San Andres, Sto. Domingo, Albay.
