The objective is to collect, collate and systematically present, in the form of Country Evaluation Briefs (CEB), findings from existing evaluations and other documents of development interventions in 5 Norwegian partner countries: Colombia, Ghana, Uganda, Indonesia and Niger. Alongside each CEB, the successful tenderer shall also produce an evaluation portrait consisting of brief summaries of as well as electronic links to the evaluations and studies each CEB is based on. The main target group for the evaluation includes personnel in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Norad.
